The work. As much as the NDAs allow.
Most of our clients work in industries where confidentiality is not optional. So we’re not going to put a logo carousel on the homepage. What we can share: the problems, the approaches, and the results.
If you want specifics — client names, detailed metrics, screenshots of the work — that’s a conversation we can have. Get in touch and we’ll share what we’re able to.
An in-person presentation no one liked. Not the presenters, not the attendees.
A manufacturing team needed to roll out a new process manual and train teams across multiple sites in Canada — in person, with a PowerPoint nobody was happy with. We turned it into a full eLearning experience: proper storytelling, a complete redesign, and a structure that worked for people on the shopfloor as well as managers in the office.
A few months after delivery, the subject matter experts had recovered 30% of their time — time they had been spending running the same presentation over and over. The module ran itself.

An audience of 120,000 people, engaged.
A large organisation needed something different from the same mandatory anti-bribery course that everyone did once a year, passed at 80%, and forgot by the following Monday. They found us.
We built a complete storytelling experience — an immersive scenario-based module that placed learners in real situations with real choices. The approach was cinematic: actors, designed environments, consequence-based branching. The course ran to an audience of 120,000 people. Review scores went up substantially. It was described internally as a genuine best-practice example.

An SME who finally felt heard.
A risk and audit team had been trying for a long time to get a course built on risk approach in auditing that wasn’t boring and dull. Several attempts with other providers had gone nowhere. They found us.
We built a learning experience that did justice to complex audit methodology — a genuine tour through risk-based thinking, built with the care the subject deserved. What was commissioned as one module turned into a request for two more. The SMEs felt, for the first time, that the content they’d spent years developing had been treated with the respect it deserved.

What these have in common
Every one of these projects started with content that existed — usually a slide deck, a manual, or a previous course that wasn’t working — and ended with something that treated the subject and the learner with more respect than they’d been getting before.
None of them used a template library. None of them opened with “Welcome to this module.” All of them involved subject matter experts who, by the end, felt their knowledge had been translated faithfully.
That’s what we do.
Things people said about the training.
Genuinely.
- “This project is a genuine best-practice example.”
- “The design is innovative, and the content is presented in a way that truly holds the learner’s attention.”
- “Succinct, to the point, not overly gimmicky, relevant to real experience. As training should be.”
- “Finally, an interactive and relevant e-learning course.”
- “Excellent actor and amazing graphics, kept my attention.”
- “Well focused on the user and avoids technical jargon.”
- “Innovative and makes you feel like you’re in a face-to-face event.”
- “Wish more modules were like this one.”
