Milestones show the change was delivered. Adoption shows it worked.

Projects report on dates and deliverables. Few check whether people now work differently. We help you measure change adoption and act on what you find.

A free first call. You bring the subject, we bring how we’d approach it.

Sound familiar?

“We measure the change in milestones. Nobody checks whether people are adopting it.”
“The project closed green. The old habits are still there.”
“We know how many people attended. We don’t know how many changed.”
“Leadership asks if it worked and we show them a timeline.”

What good looks like

You know whether people work the new way, where they don’t, and why. You spot the friction early, while you can still fix it, and you have material ready for the places where adoption stalls.

How to measure change adoption, and act on it

Projects report on milestones: delivered, trained, launched. Adoption asks a different question: are people actually working the new way?

  1. 1

    Define adoption before launch

Decide what “adopted” looks like in behaviour: which tasks, done how, by whom. If you can’t describe it, you can’t measure it.

  2. 2

    Measure behaviour, not activity

Training completions and emails sent show effort. Look at whether the new way is used, whether the old one has stopped, and where people get stuck.

  3. 3

    Combine numbers with conversations

System data shows what people do. Conversations show why. You need both to fix the right thing.

  4. 4

    Act on what you find

Measuring is only useful if it changes something. Where adoption stalls, find the cause: a confusing step, a missing skill, a reason people don’t believe in.

  5. 5

Keep watching after the project closes

Adoption often slips once the project team moves on. Agree who keeps watching, and for how long.
