Test us on one subject

Three steps. Starting on the right foot.

Hiring a studio for a subject this important feels risky. So we work in a way you can check at every step, with something on paper before anything gets built.

Test us on one subject

A free first call. You bring the subject, we bring how we’d approach it.

Extract, Find the idea, Build

  1. 1

    Extract

We sit with the people who know the subject and get it out of their heads. We also agree what success looks like, in plain words, with whoever owns the outcome.

    You getthe Alignment Brief.

A short document that says what people need to understand, believe and do, who they are, and how we’ll know it worked.

  2. 2

    Find the idea

This is the step most suppliers skip. Before choosing a format, we look for the one idea that makes the subject click: the comparison, the storytelling, the structure that turns a list of rules into something people remember.

    You getthe Story Blueprint.

The idea, the structure, the format and why we chose it. You see the thinking before the making.

  3. 3

    Build

We write it, design it and make it, in rounds you review.

You getthe Storyboard, then the finished work.

The Storyboard shows every screen, scene or page, words and pictures together, so your experts check accuracy once, on paper, instead of three times in production.

Your experts’ time is the most expensive thing in the project. We treat it that way.

We come prepared, ask specific questions and record everything, so nobody explains the same thing twice. Experts review at agreed points, on the Storyboard, not on every draft.

One plan, two halves.

If you have a change team or consultants, we plug into their plan rather than writing a second one. They own the what and the when. We own how it lands with people. We share drafts with them early and hand over material they can run with, including the parts managers will deliver themselves.

AI made content cheap. Understanding is still expensive.

We use AI where it saves time: transcribing expert interviews, drafting variations, translating, testing first versions. It makes us faster. It doesn’t decide what the idea is, and it doesn’t check whether your people will believe it. That part is still done by people who have spent years doing it.

Fair questions

Do we have to start with the Alignment Brief?

Yes. It’s the cheapest way to find out whether we understand your problem, and the most expensive thing to skip.

Can you work with our existing brand and templates?

Yes. We design inside your brand, and we can build for your learning platform or intranet.

Who owns the finished work?

You do.

What if we only need one moment?

Then we do one. Most projects touch two, and we’ll tell you if we think yours does.

Do you work in other languages?

We work in English and Portuguese. We can manage translation into other languages with partners.

The first step costs you a conversation.

Test us on one subject. We’ll tell you what the Alignment Brief for it would cover.
